The RAHS is committed to engaging its regional members, who can find it challenging to travel to our annual conference. This year, in place of our conference, we’re staging two hybrid events at History House in Sydney.

Mark your calendar for a half-day seminar hosted by the National Library of Australia. Have you ever wondered how to make your collection accessible on Trove? What grant funding is available for professional expertise? We are pleased to share that Fiona Clarke (Assistant Director, Trove Partnerships) and Elizabeth MacKenzie (Assistant Director, Trove Community) will join us on Tuesday, 11 November to show you how to become a Trove Content Contributor and what funding is available through the Community Heritage Grants.

Then join us for an afternoon session organised by the Affiliated Societies Committee. We’re planning a program of interesting speakers. Attendees will also enjoy a catered lunch. We will have more details in our next eNews.

These sessions are targeted for local historical societies that want to learn how to share their collections and community stories.

We look forward to seeing you in November!
