Our lawyers have practised in all Australian and many foreign jurisidictions over many years. Andrew Beatty and Ballanda Sack have together been admitted to practice for over 65 years.
Andrew Beatty is currently Australia's representative on ICOMOS’s International Scientific Committee on Legal Financial and Administrative Issues. He also sits on Australia ICOMOS’s Indigenous Heritage Reference Group.

We have acted for developers, mining companies, governments, pastoralists and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons and groups, including Local Aboriginal Land Councils, traditional custodians and native title claimants.
We have advised on, and helped clients prepare and submit applications for the protection of culturally significant places and objects under State and Commonwealth law. In undertaking these assignments, we have worked closely with archaeologists and other heritage professionals.
